Wrapped up for urban walks

Something cozy that works every day (but preferably if it’s not raining. See floor-length cargos)

I was probably on my way to yoga, or to the market, seems to happen every other day. I prefer a puffer when it’s cold and I’m going to be walking. This one is by SAM and they have several I really like, but the shiny finish is still making me very happy,
